Weekend

What a wonderful weekend we just had. I love times like these. It started with only one planned activity for the weekend, and it was only for me. :) I met with a group of friends and we painted pottery, while talking, gossiping and sipping on a few drinks.

Saturday we awoke to the prettiest weather we have had in months. Jay and I got to babysit, one of our sweet cousin/nephews. The boys had a great time playing outisde all morning. Jay liked to claim himself, as the "BABYSITTER." The rest of the day was spent, walking and doing anything we could outdoors. After baths and showers, we were lightly burned by the day's warm sun, what a great feeling!

Sunday, we had some friends out. Jay loved showing off his chicks, and giving tours, of our pad at the creek. We love when friends can share, the fun of the farm with us. The rest of the day, we refused to go indoors, again. This evening was spent bar-b-queing, and now both boys, Scott and Jay are sound asleep, guess I better head that way soon.

I can't wait for summer. Warm weather and sunshine, puts me in such a great mood! Hope everyone got a nice taste of warmth like we did!
