Famous

So 2 posts ago, it was early September and I was excited to get my hands on Ree Drummond's cookbook. Well 2 weeks ago, I recived mine and last night was the signing. I can't say I have ever had a desire to meet a famous person, or attend a book signing. Am I not cultured enough? I guess I would rather eat strange fried wildlife and drink camoflague beer.... Anyway- after the past 4 days of squirming with excitement and moving into our new house, 4 of us went and met REE! It was a great expereince, and one that I will never forget. We met 2 other great women, that also blog about their crazy lives and adorable children. Being at the signing inspired quite a few of us to get back on our blogs. Let's see how long we stay with it this time.

I have so much to post. Besides our amazing vacation to Florida in June, we went to the Lake a few times and built the home of our dreams, with in our price range. We have moved in, gone back to work and are now adjusting to water pressure, a garage and a dishwasher. I tell ya, whoever came up with the idea of a dishwasher was one amazing person!

I look forward to reading more of everyone else's posts as well. So much to document. Memories, memories and more memories....
