BIG BOY!

Our boy is getting so big. He has spent the night at Grandma and Grandpa's this week as well as Aunt Sara's. In addition he had a sleepover guest. Where did my baby go? Thank you everyone for letting Jay have these special nights. He loves to tell Scott and I all about his evenings away from home.

My absolute favorite!

Whenever Carson is at our house, he has to visit the chickens. At 19 weeks old, they still have not left us any eggs. Not too late yet, but we are getting anxious. Both boys decided that the chickens are getting too big to hold now. Not the cute fluffy things they used to be.

Tuesday evening, Jay had his cousin/buddy Carson spend the night. This was Jay's 1st time having someone over for the night. Things went well. Our power went out for a few hours, so cooking was not possible. We headed to Imo's and heard that on Tuesday's they offered a family fun night. It was great, both kids were free, and Scott and I ate the buffet. They had someone there painting faces and making balloon animals. Both boys had a great time, as you can see they are BATMAN! The next day there were still traces, and smears of this paint left on their faces. They refused to let me wash them at all. Jay and Carson shared a bed, and slept great, but at differing times. Jay is on a little later schedule and couldn't figure out why Carson was asleep at 9:30. But at 6:30 in the morning, Carson couldn't understand why Jay was still asleep. To say the least Jay was exhausted the next day. Guess he better get used to it. 12 days til we are back at school!
