MMMM MMM good.... Tonight after days of traveling for Scott, I made a home cooked meal. I picked my first zucchini of the season. I fried zucchini and breaded pork chops. HEALTHY, I know, but oh it was good. What a delayed year it has been for gardens. The extensive rain, really kept up from getting our things planted until very late, but it is starting to pay off well.
Jay and I have just come home from a great afternoon at a co-workers. She and her husband have such a beautiful home on the water. Not only was it a great setting, we had a wonderful time with friends.
This weekend, Scott and I have a working/playing weekend planned. I guess those are the best because they have the most potential to be FREE! I will be tagging along on some kind of wood themed weekend. Now stop giggling, wood, as in MULCH! I plan to read and/or shop while he is busy in classes and then we have evening dinners planned. Jay will be getting spoiled as ever at my parents, until we pick him up. I'm sure we will all have a blast, you know I will be blogging about it later.
Spies, I hope you are reading my lame blogs. Let us know when the baby arrives!!!!!!!
