Happy Halloweenie!!!!

Halloween night, has become a tradition for us, to visit Gary, Nancy and Diana on our way to Sara's. Sara is the only relative that lives "in town". This is a great stop, because we hang out there for a while and eat soup and snacks, while watching all the trick or treaters come by. After we eat, we begin prowling the streets. 3 years ago, we visited 3 houses. Last year we stopped at maybe 8, and now this year, closer to 12. PLENTY of candy for our already high energy boy.
I totally lucked out with the costume buying this year. Last year, in November, while waiting at Target for a prescription to be filled,(here's how they really get you.... ) we hit the Halloween clearance, and found this dragon costume, to use as a dress up. Boys really get the shaft on dress up outfits. $4.24, and 12 months later, Jay loves it. The past few weeks, this costume has been slept in, ate in, ran in and used many times. A hand me down spider man was a short interruption in the love of the dragon, but Halloween night, we were back with the dragon. I can' wait to see what we find this year in the clearance!

After visiting at Aunt Sara's for a while, we headed out on the town. Angie, Tyler,Grandma Sharon and Katie, Kennadie and Carson joined us. We hit the homes of people we knew, and then to the fire station. Our town is small enough, for a volunteer fire department. The fire dept, has a great spot. There were a lot of talking skeletons, as well as flying ghosts and goblins.
