Originally, we had plans to take a road trip across the river and see the eagles, and stop by the Finn Inn, but we have postponed those plans for next weekend. I hope I have news on that next week.
So- after a bout of pink eye, colds and pure laziness, Jay and decided to venture out and head to Monkey Joe's this weekend. Jay and I met, Angie and Tyler and Jay loved it! He played hard to 2 1/2 hours, then left willingly.
Below is a pic of Jay, helping roll out homemade noodles-I made my first batch of chicken noodle soup from scratch and I have to say it was delish!
