Blogging is addictive!

I can't stay off... Cafemom and now blogging. I'm becoming such a nerd. Again, I need to remind everyone I don't watch tv, because we have 4 channels,( this is where the drinking Amish comes in) He is frequently asleep in front of the tv. I would be asleep too, it's boring!

Jay and I headed up to the lake yesterday. Grandma and Grandpa really wanted to take Jay to the waterpark. I was a bit leary of this idea, and now, know why I am the mom. He hated it! I felt terrible, mom and dad were so excited to give Jay this experience and he wouldn't do anything! Dad and I went down the MOTHER of all slides, and dad possibly had heart failure from it. Still nothing from Jay- screaming in the wave pool and refusal to get in the lazy river! WTH? So anyway, we left and headed to the lake for a boat ride. More Jay's speed. We went to the BIG beach and Jay played for hours. We had a relaxing evening at home, then awoke to storms this morning. I took this as my out, and headed home. I plan to go back Thursday( just in time for the forecast to improve, I hear the water calling my name) morning to get Jay. He is spending a few days with Grandma and Grandpa while they are on vacation. Jay was a little upset for me to leave, but quickly got over it, once he realized all he would be getting. Mom and dad, do love to spoil him. Lucky little booger :) I have talked to him this evening, and the neighbors horses were in mom and dad's front yard. Just like home, but instead of cattle it's horses. I have been so productive in the 9 hours since I have been home! I don't know what I did before Jay! I do know that I sure miss him!

On another note, I wanted to let everyone know that I have put a few of my pictures in a local store. At Home Outlet. I took a few by for her to look at, and she wants to sell them! YEAH!
